STE18-S is a split keypad single phase prepaid energy meter with CIU supporting RF-LoRa communication.It is based on STS standard and has long life.The energy meter is 1phase 2 wire,50Hz frequency,class1.0,1000imp/kWh,IP54 protection degree,IEC 62052-11 industrial standard.
First of all, the prepaid electricity meter solves the problem of the difficulty in charging property fees and guarantees the capital of the property. The prepaid electricity meter needed to be paid before the user uses the electricity and then which prevents the deadbeat from not paying the electricity fee.The electricity supply will be automatically switched off if the meter does not pay the electricity fee.
Secondly, it helps the property to solve the problem of capital shortage. Because it is prepayment management, users have to pay first and then use electricity. The property can always occupy the users’ money for buying electricity, which is conducive to the operation of funds.

How to recharge prepaid electricity meter
1.By local sales point or handheld mobile vending unit
Going to local sales point to buy electricity is the most common way to recharge where they will give user a TOKEN generated by Stronpay vending software.
2.Via the third party platform or local mobile payment with API
API is the agreement connecting the third party APP and our Stronpay vending software.And API makes it possible for users to recharge on the third party APP by their smart phone. They will receive the TOKEN in the form of SMS,then input TOKEN to recharge and will get electricity.
3. Recharge by AMI System
DCU will capture data by GPRS to head-end AMI system where remote recharge is available.TOKEN will be generated by AMI system which has the data of the prepaid energy meter.
